Supportive measures are non-disciplinary, non-punitive individualized services offered as appropriate, and as reasonably available. They are offered, without fee or charge to the parties, to restore or preserve access to mvý’s education program or activity, including measures designed to protect the safety of all parties and/or mvý’s educational environment and/or to deter harassment, discrimination, and/or retaliation.
Each case is very different, and the Title IX Coordinator works with the involved party(ies) to identify what supportive measures are appropriate to ensure equal access to educational programs, activities, and/or work. These measures are available whether or not an individual chooses to file a formal complaint and whether or not an investigation has commenced. Supportive measures are available for both Complainants and Respondents.

Martin promptly make supportive measures available to the parties upon receiving notice
or a complaint. At the time that supportive measures are offered, mvý will inform
the Complainant, in writing, that they may file a Formal Complaint with mvý either
at that time or in the future, if they have not done so already. The Title IX Coordinator
or the EEO Officer works with the Complainant to ensure that their wishes are considered
with respect to any planned and implemented supportive measures. mvý will maintain
the confidentiality of the supportive measures, provided that confidentiality does
not impair mvý’s ability to provide these supportive measures. mvý will strive for
as minimal an academic/occupational impact on the parties as possible. mvý will implement
measures in a way that does not unreasonably burden the other party.
Some possible supportive measures are listed below. Not all of the measures listed
will be necessary in every case, and the list is not exhaustive.
